Who we are
Click Sage ("we", "us") provides marketing services to B2B SaaS companies. This policy explains what personal information we collect through theclicksage.com and how we use it. Questions: privacy@theclicksage.com.
What we collect
Information you give us when you request a strategy call: name, work email, company, website, role, annual recurring revenue range, services of interest, your message and how you heard about us.
Booking details when you schedule a call through Cal.com: the time you choose and any notes you add.
Basic usage data: pages visited, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM tags). Your IP address is converted to a one-way hash for spam prevention and is not stored in readable form.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare for and hold the strategy call, and follow up about our services.
To understand which pages and channels bring visitors, and to protect the site from spam and abuse.
We send occasional insights emails only if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We use these service providers to run the site: Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (website hosting), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free visit counts), Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (email delivery) and, if you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics.
We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@theclicksage.com.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws to access and correct their personal information and to withdraw consent.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and remember attribution for the booking form. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies.
Retention and security
We keep lead information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then delete it. We use reputable providers and access controls to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above.
